Payment methods and how we confirm orders.
Methods
- Bank transfer by VietQR code.
- Cash on delivery, for physical products delivered within Vietnam.
- International card, for digital products sold to customers outside Vietnam.
Payment confirmation
Bank transfers are confirmed automatically, usually within minutes. If you underpay or overpay, we will email you to resolve it.
Invoices
Send invoice requests to the support email with your order number and invoicing details.
